WASHINGTON, May 8 (TNSFR) -- The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) has published an Environmental Assessment (EA) for the proposed upgrades to the generating units and construction of a new transformer at the Eel Weir Project, as well as the proposed modifications to the transmission lines at both the Dundee and Eel Weir projects, owned by Presumpscot Hydro LLC and Relevate Power Maine LLC.
