WASHINGTON, May 8 (TNSFR) -- The Environmental Protection Agency has proposed a revision to the Missouri State Implementation Plan SIP aimed at reducing volatile organic compound VOC emissions from petroleum liquid storage, loading, and transfer in the Kansas City metropolitan area.
