NCUC Approves Water/Sewer Service Rates for Annondale Apartments

RALEIGH, North Carolina, May 8 -- The North Carolina Utilities Commission (NCUC) has granted Annondale on Santa Fe, LLC, et al., authority to charge for water and sewer utility service at Annondale Apartments in Cumberland County. The decision, issued on May 7, 2025, also approves the rates for these services. Annondale on Santa Fe, LLC, et al., purchases water and sewer services from Fayetteville Public Works Commission (FPWC).
