NCUC Approves Water/Sewer Service Transfer to Gordon Road Capital for Crest Gateway Apartments

RALEIGH, North Carolina, May 8 -- The North Carolina Utilities Commission (NCUC) has approved the transfer of authority to charge for water and sewer utility services at Crest Gateway Apartments in Mecklenburg County. Gordon Road Capital QOZB-Crest, LLC, is now authorized to take over these services from Golden Triangle #4 - 5th Street, LLC. The decision was formalized in an order issued on May 7, 2025.
