NCUC Approves Water/Sewer Service Rates for The Village at Catawba Ridge Apartments

RALEIGH, North Carolina, May 8 -- The North Carolina Utilities Commission (NCUC) has granted Hickory Holdings 143, LLC, authority to charge for water and sewer utility service at The Village at Catawba Ridge Apartments in Catawba County. The approval, issued on May 7, 2025, allows the company to use the hot water capture, cold water allocation (HWCCWA) method for billing. Hickory Holdings 143, LLC, purchases water and sewer services from the City of Hickory.
