RALEIGH, North Carolina, May 8 -- The North Carolina Utilities Commission (NCUC) has granted Gordon Road Capital QOZB-Crest, LLC, authority to take over water and sewer utility service provision for Crest Gateway Apartments in Mecklenburg County. The decision, issued on May 7, 2025, allows the company to transfer the certificate of authority from Golden Triangle #4 - 5th Street, LLC.
