AUGUSTA, Maine, May 7 -- The Maine Public Utilities Commission (PUC) has issued an order revoking the renewable energy certifications previously granted to Nexamp, Inc.'s Surry Solar 1 Facility, a 4.99 MW solar project located in Surry, Maine. The decision, dated May 6, 2025, follows a petition filed by Nexamp on March 12, 2025, requesting the rescission of the original certification order issued on November 8, 2023.
