AUGUSTA, Maine, May 7 -- Following a similar decision regarding its Samoset facility, the Maine Public Utilities Commission (PUC) has issued an order revoking the new renewable resource certifications for Nexamp, Inc.'s Madison CSG Facility. The order, dated May 6, 2025, comes after Nexamp requested the rescission of the original certification granted on October 17, 2023.
