AUGUSTA, Maine, May 7 -- Following a petition from Nexamp, Inc., the Maine Public Utilities Commission (PUC) has revoked the renewable resource certifications for the company's 3.25 MW Livermore Falls CSG, LLC solar facility. The order, issued on May 6, 2025, reverses a previous certification granted on July 26, 2022.
