AUGUSTA, Maine, May 7 -- The Maine Public Utilities Commission (PUC) has issued an order revoking the new renewable resource certifications previously granted to Nexamp, Inc.'s 4.5 MW Milo Solar Facility. The decision, dated May 6, 2025, follows a petition filed by Nexamp on March 12, 2025, requesting the rescission of the original certification order issued on May 5, 2022.
