No. 5 Lamar held off a furious rally by No. 8 East Texas A&M to stave off elimination, while top-seeded McNeese and No. 4 UIW got postponed to Saturday due to rain and lightning on Day Two of the Southland Softball Tournament - Lake Charles Bracket.
