WASHINGTON, May 6 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of Commerce National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration has issued a temporary rule to reduce the 2025 private angling component annual catch limit (ACL) for red snapper in federal waters off Louisiana.
