WASHINGTON, May 5 (TNSFRinfo) -- The U.S. Department of Justice Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) is seeking public comment on a revised information collection regarding appeals of background checks.
This process allows individuals to challenge a determination of being prohibited from possessing firearms under federal law.
