WASHINGTON, May 5 (TNSFRinfo) -- The U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) is seeking an extension from the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for an approved information collection requirement related to Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) Part 215, concerning situations where only one offer is received for a defense contract.

The current OMB approval expires on August 31, 2025, and the DoD proposes a three-year extension.
