WASHINGTON, May 3 (TNSFR) -- The Surface Transportation Board (STB) has approved a petition filed by CSX Transportation, Inc. (CSXT), allowing the expiration of trackage rights granted under Docket No. FD 36776, which were originally negotiated with Norfolk Southern Railway Company (NSR).
