WASHINGTON, May 3 (TNSFR) -- The Federal Reserve System has released a notice regarding two significant applications for bank holding company mergers, one based in Oklahoma and the other in Texas, involving the acquisition of banks in Florida and Washington. These applications, submitted under the Bank Holding Company Act of 1956 and related regulations, seek approval for ownership and control transfers of established regional banks through holding company structures.
