WASHINGTON, May 2 (TNSFR) -- The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission has announced its intent to prepare an environmental assessment (EA) for the Franklin Falls Hydroelectric Project operated by Erie Boulevard Hydropower, L.P. Located on the Saranac River in Essex and Franklin Counties, New York, the 2.12-megawatt facility is currently undergoing relicensing proceedings.
