WASHINGTON, May 2 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. International Trade Commission (USITC) determined that the U.S. aluminum foil container industry has been materially injured by the importation of disposable aluminum containers, pans, trays, and lids from China. The products, which are sold at less than fair value (LTFV) and subsidized by the Chinese government, were found to be detrimental to the U.S. industry, leading to the Commission's final ruling.
