WASHINGTON, May 2 (TNSFR) -- History Colorado in Denver has formally announced its intent to repatriate a headdress once belonging to Chief Black Coal of the Northern Arapaho Tribe, under the Native American Graves Protection and Repatriation Act (NAGPRA).
