WASHINGTON, May 2 -- The House Education and Workforce Subcommittee on Health, Employment, Labor and Pensions released the following testimony by Charles Crain, managing vice president of policy at the National Association of Manufacturers, from an April 30, 2025, hearing entitled "Investing for the Future: Honoring ERISA's Promise to Participants." ERISA is the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974.
