WASHINGTON, May 1 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) has issued a proposed rule to revise Medicare payment policies for Inpatient Psychiatric Facilities (IPFs) for Fiscal Year 2026, which covers discharges from October 1, 2025, through September 30, 2026.
