WASHINGTON, May 1 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of Commerce National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration has issued an incidental harassment authorization (IHA) allowing the Maine Department of Transportation (ME DOT) to take six species of marine mammals during construction activities associated with the Lubec Harbor project in Lubec, Maine.
