WASHINGTON, May 1 -- The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has issued an order to Pedro Arce, the licensee of WCND(AM) in Shelbyville, Kentucky, demanding payment of $9,261.41 in delinquent regulatory fees or a compelling explanation for why the fees should be waived or deferred. The order, released by the FCC's Media Bureau and the Office of Managing Director on Wednesday, indicates that Arce has failed to pay regulatory fees for fiscal years 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2022, and 2023.
