AUGUSTA - Rep. Morgan Rielly, D-Westbrook, introduced a bill before the Legislature's Education and Cultural Affairs Committee Thursday that would establish a Working Waterfront Infrastructure Engineer Corps to help protect Maine's coastline communities and habitat.
