ALBANY, New York, April 30 -- The New York State Public Service Commission (NYPSC) has directed Niagara Mohawk Power Corporation d/b/a National Grid, The Brooklyn Union Gas Company d/b/a National Grid NY, and KeySpan Gas East Corporation d/b/a National Grid to enter into a contract with NorthStar Consulting Group, Inc. to conduct a comprehensive management and operations audit.
