ALBANY, New York, April 30 -- The New York State Public Service Commission (NYPSC) has authorized Orange and Rockland Utilities, Inc. to issue up to $700 million in new unsecured debt.
The authorization, approved on April 24, 2025, and detailed in an order issued on April 28, 2025, also allows the company to enter into or continue revolving credit agreements (RCA) up to $250 million.
