N.Y. PSC Approves Changes to Environmental Plans for Champlain Hudson Power Express Project

ALBANY, New York, April 30 -- The New York State Public Service Commission (NYPSC) has approved changes to the Environmental Management and Construction Plan (EM&CP) for Segment 10 of the Champlain Hudson Power Express Project. The decision, made on April 24, 2025, and detailed in an order issued on April 28, 2025, allows for adjustments to facilitate the installation of a high-voltage direct current transmission line.
