New York Regulators Extend Suspension of Liberty Utilities Gas Rate Hike

ALBANY, New York, April 24 -- The New York State Public Service Commission (PSC) has further suspended a proposed major rate increase by Liberty Utilities (St. Lawrence Gas) Corp., according to a notice issued and effective on April 23, 2025. The suspension delays the implementation of the rate changes through October 30, 2025, unless otherwise ordered by the Commission.
