WASHINGTON, April 23 -- The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) Media Bureau has dismissed the application of Iglesia Ministerios Voz De Jubilo for a new Low Power FM (LPFM) station in Glendora, California, and granted a time-sharing arrangement to two other applicants.
