N.H. PUC: Meredith Seeks Approval for Community Power Plan

CONCORD, New Hampshire, April 22 -- The New Hampshire Public Utilities Commission (NHPUC) has announced it will review the Town of Meredith's proposed Community Power Electric Aggregation Plan. Filed on April 18, 2025, the plan seeks Commission approval under RSA 53-E:7, which governs community power initiatives in the state.

According to the NHPUC's Order of Notice issued yesterday, April 21, 2025, the Commission will assess whether Meredith's plan meets the requirem . . .
