WASHINGTON, April 19 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of Justice Antitrust Division has issued a notice regarding changes to the membership of the Maritime Sustainment and Technology Innovation Consortium (MSTIC). On April 9, 2025, MSTIC filed written notifications with both the Attorney General and the Federal Trade Commission as part of its ongoing compliance with the National Cooperative Research and Production Act of 1993.
