Commerce Department Moves Toward Terminating Suspension Agreement on Fresh Tomatoes From Mexico

WASHINGTON, April 18 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of Commerce International Trade Administration, has announced its intent to terminate the 2019 Suspension Agreement concerning fresh tomatoes from Mexico. The move also includes the rescindment of one of two ongoing administrative reviews related to the agreement and the initiation of an antidumping duty (AD) order. This step follows an ongoing investigation into whether these tomatoes have been sold in the United States at less than fair value . . .
