FRANKFORT, Kentucky, April 18 -- The Kentucky Public Service Commission (PSC) has approved a request from Atmos Energy Corporation to issue up to 2,000,000 additional shares of its common stock. The authorization comes as part of Atmos Energy's Long-Term Incentive Plan (LTIP) for its management.
