WASHINGTON, April 17 (TNSFR) -- The Surface Transportation Board has received a verified notice of exemption from Grainbelt Corporation, a Class III rail carrier, seeking to extend the term of local trackage rights on rail infrastructure owned by BNSF Railway Company.
The exemption pertains to a key section of track between milepost 668.73 in Long, Oklahoma, and milepost 723.30 in Quanah, Texas. These trackage rights, known collectively as the PCCA Trackage Rights, enable Grainbelt . . .
