FERC Seeks Public Input on UGI LNG Inc. Petition for Declaratory Order

WASHINGTON, April 17 (TNSFR) -- The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) has issued a notice regarding a petition filed by UGI LNG, Inc. on March 17, 2025, requesting a declaratory order. UGI LNG seeks confirmation from the Commission that the construction and operation of a new liquefied natural gas (LNG) storage and trucking terminal at the Temple LNG Plant in Berks County, Pennsylvania, would not fall under FERC's jurisdiction.
