WASHINGTON, April 12 -- The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has approved a request to amend the Table of TV Allotments, reallocating television channel 12 from Silver City to Truth or Consequences, both in New Mexico. The decision, outlined in a Report and Order released by the FCC's Media Bureau on Friday, grants a petition from TV-49, Inc., the permittee of an unbuilt television station KKAB.
