Mr. Speaker, the Houthi rebels are still a murderous puppet of Iran, the foremost state sponsor of terrorism in the world.
After the December collapse of the murderous Assad regime in Syria, when he fled to Moscow, the Tehran regime retains two conspirators, Yemen and Iraq, both supported by terror . . .
