WASHINGTON, April 8 (TNSFR) -- The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission has formally accepted for filing Blue Earth County's revised application to surrender its exemption for the Rapidan Dam Hydroelectric Project in southern Minnesota and is now soliciting public comments, motions to intervene, and protests.
