WASHINGTON, April 8 -- The House Homeland Security Subcommittee on Border Security and Enforcement released the following testimony by Kevin Fetterman, division chief with the Orange County Fire Authority, on behalf of the International Association of Fire Chiefs, from an April 1, 2025, joint hearing with the Subcommittee on Emergency Management and Technology entitled "Exploring the Use of Unmanned Aircraft Systems Across the DHS Enterprise." DHS is the Homeland Security Department.
