Mississippi State University Raspet Flight Research Laboratory Interim Director Farrell Testifies Before House Homeland Security Subcommittees

WASHINGTON, April 8 -- The House Homeland Security Subcommittee on Border Security and Enforcement released the following testimony by Bryan Farrell, interim director of Raspet Flight Research Laboratory at the Mississippi State University, from an April 1, 2025, joint hearing with the Subcommittee on Emergency Management and Technology entitled "Exploring the Use of Unmanned Aircraft Systems Across the DHS Enterprise." DHS is the Homeland Security Department.
