GAO Director Kenney Testifies Before House Foreign Affairs Subcommittee

WASHINGTON, April 8 -- The House Foreign Affairs Subcommittee on Western Hemisphere released the following testimony by Chelsa Kenney, director of international affairs and trade at the Government Accountability Office, from a March 27, 2025, hearing entitled "INL Should Fight Crime, Not Fight Conservatives." INL is the Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs.
