FRANKFORT, Kentucky, April 5 -- The Kentucky Public Service Commission (PSC) has rejected the application of Cumberland Valley Electric, Inc. for a rate adjustment filed under a streamlined procedure for electric cooperatives. In an order issued April 4, 2025, the PSC cited multiple deficiencies in the application, preventing its acceptance for filing.
