WASHINGTON, April 4 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has officially determined that the Washington, DC-Maryland-Virginia (DC-MD-VA) region has met the 2015 8-hour ozone National Ambient Air Quality Standards (NAAQS) by its August 3, 2024 attainment deadline.
