WASHINGTON, April 3 -- The House Veterans' Affairs Subcommittee on Economic Opportunity released the following testimony by Joy Craig, associate director of the Service Member Affairs at the Veterans of Foreign Wars of the U.S., from a March 25, 2025, hearing entitled "Mission Incomplete: Strengthening the TAP Program to Ensure a Smoother Transition to Civilian Life for Tomorrow's Veterans." TAP is the Transition Assistance Program.
