FRANKFORT, Kentucky, April 3 -- The Kentucky Public Service Commission (PSC) has granted the Attorney General of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, through the Office of Rate Intervention, full intervention in the case concerning the 2025 Integrated Resource Plan of East Kentucky Power Cooperative, Inc. (EKPC). The decision allows the Attorney General to participate fully in the proceedings.
