WASHINGTON, April 2 (TNSFR) -- The Schingoethe Center of Aurora University in Aurora, Illinois, has announced its plan to repatriate nine cultural items to the Winnebago Tribe of Nebraska under the Native American Graves Protection and Repatriation Act (NAGPRA).
