WASHINGTON, March 29 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of Transportation Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has announced a proposed rule to establish Class E airspace in Sparta, Kentucky, in an effort to enhance air traffic control and support new instrument flight procedures.
