ALBANY, New York, March 29 -- The New York State Public Service Commission (PSC) has approved a postponement of Rochester Gas and Electric Corporation's (RG&E) proposed increase in pole attachment rates, setting the new effective date for August 1, 2025. This decision, detailed in Case 24-E-0715, comes after RG&E corrected a significant mathematical error in its initial filing. The PSC also granted the company a waiver from the standard newspaper publication requirements.
