WASHINGTON, March 27 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has issued a final rule granting an exemption from the requirement of a tolerance for residues of Pseudomonas oryzihabitans strain SYM23945 in or on all food commodities.
Published in the Federal Register on March 27, 2025, this exemption eliminates the need to establish a maximum permissible level for residues of this microbial pesticide when used in accordance with label directions and good agricultur . . .
