N.Y. PSC Approves Submetering for Revitalized Liverpool Complex, 'The WB Candle Factory'

ALBANY, New York, March 27 -- The New York State Public Service Commission (PSC) has authorized Ur-Ban Villages PFA, LLC. to submeter electricity at 100 Buckley Road, Liverpool, the site of the revitalized "The WB Candle Factory" complex. The order, issued on March 26, 2025, in Case 24-E-0585, permits the submetering of electricity for the complex's commercial and residential units.

The abandoned building complex is undergoing phased renovation to create five commerci . . .
